Upon paying the fee, you will instantly be paired with a custom jewelry expert who will work with you to design your custom piece.

Orders that include more than 1 item are assigned processing times according to each item.

Returns

Our policy lasts for thirty days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
You are able to return an item when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
